@eqnanul1: I'm not aware of an audiobook version but that doesn't mean there isn't one. Why don't you Google the title with audio or an audiobook extension and see?

I'm not certain this works but I also found a site where you can convert PDF documents into mp3s. So try this...you may be able to change this PDF share into an audiobook. There is an online app as well as download links for PC and Mac users.
It looks like a limited trial with purchase option.
UPDATE: I just used the site (zamzar.com) to upload the PDF and requested the mp3 be sent to my email. If that happens, I can come back here and share it if anyone besides eqnanul1 is interested.
Okay, here is the file zamzar.com returned. I don't currently have an audiobook player installed on my PC so I haven't tested it.
No Virus Total, as the file (134.4 MB) exceeded the 128 MB file size. Use your computer's anti-virus program to scan it.

If there is any loss in quality or other issues, that occured during the conversion process. In that case, I recommend finding another online PDF to MP3 converter tool.

I've been using Zamzar for a long time and never knew (or even thought) that it could do this.
What a fantastic feature - to be able to make a standard MP3 from an ebook...wow.
Sure, the voice is a bit mechanical sounding - but that is fine as this sort of thing is most useful (for me) for times when I know I need to be in the car for a while and all the car stereo uses is MP3s, so this is perfect for that !!
