Google Analaytics itself has the real time traffic tracker. You can use that itself.

Google analytics and Clicktale are my personal favorite tools for tracking the traffic.
Real time and accuisition in Google analytics and compare with google search console webmaster tool (but it's too late report). Even SEMrush is not real time enough. Real time of Google analytics is the best till now.
