The first Facebook account that you link to the app becomes your primary account. To add additional accounts, open the app preferences and tap on Accounts. Here you will be given the option to Add another account. The app will ask for the Facebook username and password of the second account you would like to configure.

OK, this might seem dumb, but try your local library.
Assuming you have a local library near you, go and try to create an account there.
I've had luck creating two accounts like this. One personal from years ago and one for the shits and giggles.

Go to the Facebook homepage (facebook.com) and fill in the required fields on the sign-up form along the right side of the page. Enter an email address that has not yet been used to register for a previous Facebook account, your first and last name, a password, your gender and your birthdate.
