I don't think so.His other course that was advertised on here with a free coupon is still available on Udemy.
Prehaps Udemy are allowing him to publish new courses one at a time as they monitor how he behaves,regarding udemy's rules.

but there's no mention of his website, LinkedIn or any other social media accounts in the profile. That's why I'm skeptical.

Basically just a "here are my thoughts" overview course. Some takeaways:
- buy fast enough computers / mobile devices to complete your tasks.
- trust yourself and others to get done what needs to get done.
- do a little bit everyday on EVERYTHING you want to achieve
- do whatever work is right in front of you, instead of task switching.
