Import and export capabilities, and managing contacts

Import is possible using CSV, XLS, TXT, PHB and SMSG file extensions as well as an OLE database or Outlook account, while export is only available through CSV, PHB and SMSG formats.

Contacts can be added manually or imported using some of the aforementioned file types, and they can also be organized using groups. In addition to that, you can save some messages as templates or draft, view status reports and SMS history, and use a search function.
