Quick review. It's a PDF document. It's a site ranking system. It's not quick spam link blasting or similar :) Takes time to complete. I would say it's kinda whitehat. Saw this type of link building service in some SEO marketplace offered for 40+USD I guess. Overall simple but powerful system
