Most of the pdf shows how doing "exercises" will make you taller....Ummmmm, so I guess
for all those looking for a longer "member", I'd recommend "exercising" it for like 10x a day to make
it grow longer ... NOT! (although you will be very tired)

Best advice in pdf that actually works.......wear heel lifts/inserts!

To grow up to 2 inches (in height that is), you could get selected for the space program and become an astronaut (weightlessness of space is supposed to do wonders for your height, but not so for other aspects of health like bone density).

Health Tip: When in space, to try to increase girth\length by 2 inches, do not, I repeat DO NOT, take it out, outside the spacecraft (manual vacuum pumps may have been touted as the miracle-grow but in the ultimate vacuum of space, it would be grow, grooww, GGRRRROOOOOWWWWW <yeahhhh> then POP!!! )
