yes, you are right. Article spinning and cloaking is also widely used black hat seo technique.

Thanks for sharing, but almost all of these are not recognized by Google.

Google now parses pages and actually renders it and uses that to drive results. So it won't factor in content within noscript tags, same as it won't index content that is hidden (e.g., display:none or visibility:hidden).

Meta keywords tags are not considered and are a relic of the past, so that won't help either. Description works and title.
