One of the issues I am facing is the lack of indexing of backlinks can anyone recommend a service or software that increases the indexing of those links.

Make an article having all backlinks (max 10) in blogspot or wordpress then use fetch as Google feature (check fetch this and it's direct links option) to crawl those links.
