Guys, why suggest a GB and then continuously bump the thread? If you want to organise a GB, ORGANISE one!.
No good bumping just to raise your post count and expecting the DL link to appear out of thin air.
@20BGucksGB has offered to help here, he has the experience to raise a GB. This just shows a lack of willingness to aid your own self development.

I would spend new year's a whole lot better studying this, but there's always hope someone share the magic link or beings a GB
