Got this over a month ago and still working fine.
Nanohits other thread about Spotify - Since I can't post there - Worked fine for 2 months, went back to free account. I contacted him and within 24 hours had another full working account. So he is sticking to his word.
There may be hiccups, this is a bit blackhat after all, but he is coming through.

Offer is good till I run out :) This should last 12 months. In the event it doesnt I will replace it and in the event I cant get it, then I will refund the portion unused. Everyone has you are paying $12 for this and if you want absolute uninterrupted service then, you need to go to Adobe and pay them $50 a month. but for $12 a year you cant expect uninterrupted service. As you say check my reputation.
