Members in her group is her BUYERS LIST. YES it was her posts not emails selling this! hahaha. Shows you the power of engagement.
IMPORTANT--- She tells you this straight up... FIRST YOU MUST BUILD AN AUDIENCE. So YOU can solve their problems. Basics.
1st step – I needed to understand the major problem of my audience
2nd step – I double checked to see if they were interested in it.
3rd step – double checked if they really want it
4th step – Delivered with scarcity!

YES this will work in many niches. Take time to build an audience by providing rich material THEY are interested in. VALUE ABOVE ALL ELSE. And you must participate and let them see you're real and struggle also. Be human not some perfect Admin over your group/page. Get in there and mix it up. Go on and get some egg on your face (all the while providing value with helpful articles, freebies and such).
Run surveys that allow you to, overtime, drill down into singular issues. NOW you got material to write about and sell them. And/or locate merchandise they'd love to have.
If you participate and mix it up with them - think gracious host at your home with guests - you'll learn everything about them. Don't take advantage of this but utilize it by providing valuable products to their doorstep.
Do the heavy lifting for them so their hands are free to enter CC details. Customer Service, value.
This pdf can be useful as a blueprint. Take and utilize the overall methodology and customize it into yours. I think she did an okay job with it.
Break it down into steps A, B, C... then do it.
Think about all the interests in various things on FB, twitter, IG and run with this concept.
This is again so basic and paramount to building a buyers list and generating income. Get into some niche and learn all about it! Talk about what you're learning in a manner that invites discussion. Listen, ask questions, go get relevant information related to this and post it (write it yourself!).
She skims the surface like a skipping stone on water. Hitting certain points leaving you to discover hidden elements to success. She did fine.
