Install user agent switcher for firefox, google chrome. Select smartphone devices like windows phone. meego or others. It will give you option to upload photos.

Sites like above does the same but I don't think they would be very secure for the users. No need to use these unreliable sites. Just use user agent switcher.

Instabot.me or Instacatbot.com also works fine! :)

The OP does not make it clear that it is about a browser that must be installed and that it comes in a 64 bit version only.
