You can use the VCC with any site. Just in billing choose USA.
It works also with Paypal. Just create an account with a US IP.

Yes. It works for Amazon AWS.

I tried the VCC to buy a membership from a e-education portal, because my previous VCC's were rejected there multiple times. Finally I got success to get the membership with letsbcool's VCC.

Your vcc is working perfectly fine with AMAZON.
