Some little notes for anyone interested in this course and subject...

This is about using an ozone (O3) generator to infuse extra oxygen into water.
It has been demonstrated as effective when used in this manner, BUT:
O3, even in small, direct concentrated exposures to our bodies can also have harmful effects, so it is very important to grasp exactly what it is and how to handle it safely.

Also - to make O3 one must buy the ozone generator, and it can be challenging to find a good one at an affordable price.
