We don't need traffic to these pages, but they're not great pages either. Can this be used to rank? We have a few pages (and 3rd party pages) on SERPs pages 2 and 3. We need them to move to one to push crap pages down.

This is high quality as it gets as Wikipedia is a powerful authority site.

Hi, no thats not how it works. I give you login access to the tool which shows you all dead and citation links on wikipedia for a particular keyword which you can then replace with a link of your choice.
