While I do appreciate it that you are sharing this book, the way you have secured it makes it impossible to copy-n-paste any of the contents. That is a real pain as I often take notes from books like these and then turn them into things I can use.

Like the Questions of the survey the author used. Normally, I would copy something like this, then tweak them to fit in with my own work. His questions are pretty good and could be used almost directly in a project I am working on....

Unfortunately, I am forced to retype all of them into a Google Doc so that I have them and can edit them.

Bummer on my standard way of taking notes.

AWESOME fast response on this. And YES, I can now copy-n-paste text selections. This makes it a huge difference to me and hopefully to others that like to use the information we have access to on BBHF.

You really went the extra mile by finding this, then fixing the security issue I was having.
