I thought it was a great idea but one concern is that there is no easy integration for WordPress. And unlike other new products, I can't find a group where actual buyers give feedback.

I liked the idea but I thought it would be more like of kind of overlay on your homepage for instance, then you click the window and it goes back to your site. But it's not.

Anyone has any thoughts on this?
