Better mention a bit about it I suppose.

Create an account at either of two PPI "installer companies". One of which isn't taking new registrations.
Get your link and give it a fake name so people won't know what nasties lie within.
Make a very short video using the software he provides, saying the download is something desirable like software
or a game etc, then upload it to YT and trick people into downloading God knows what.

Not for me I'm afraid.
