I went back and checked.. The payment sent and recieved doesn't match.. If the received amount is lower we could have guessed it was charged by Firstchoice.. But it is higher than sent amount.. do they add some money to your account for free?

I have pointed Free+Paid both method. But be focused on free traffic. when you promote offer then you need to buy cheap domain with $0.88 for landing page. Very little investment here and you will see details in pdf.

I think you get confused. Don't worry. This is called Net 30 (Bi-monthly).
That means the affiliate is paid 30 days after the end of the payment period in which he reached his minimum payout.
Payment dates: the 15th and the last day of the month.
For example: If you reach your minimum payout during the May 1 to May 15 period, your payment will be sent on June 15.

You are confused too. Don't worry. please check my last reply and you will get your answer. And you have mentioned about Firstchoice Pay fees. Please visit Firstchoice Pay FAQs. They clearly pointed "Pay anyone in the Firstchoice Pay network for FREE, no matter where in the world they live." If you withdraw $100 on firstchoice pay, you see can $100 on your firstchoice pay account. No extra charges

Seriously, you should give a review copy to a MOD or a high reputed member in BBHF.
