I have a problem with the spam traffic. I tried a lot of ways to block them but still have much spam traffic.

Find out spam ips and block . There are tons of plugins if you are using wordpress. I use spynderspanker. IT's more advanced and worth.

One of my clients is receiving this same type of traffic, its one of those fake traffic generators like chinese software Jingle or whatever the name is, and most of the traffic is coming with google referrer and specific keywords, with visits around 18 seconds... The thing is, you can't block it that easy, those main cloud/VPN/proxy providers have a really big pool of IP's and ranges, even with CIDR blacklisting you can't do much since is constantly added more and more ranges.
Basically, to preserve server resources I started to use Cloudflare, saving about 10 Gb of bandwidth and about 6 to 7 thousands of unique "visitors" with their infrastructure, also I have a script to redirect the biggest offenders somewhere else.

login with google analytic > admin> view > click at Bot Filtering Exclude all hits from known bots and spiders

To Clean Out Existing Spam here i have given the clear steps for that. You can follow these steps and make use of it.
Go to Acquisition > All Traffic > Channels.
Click on the Secondary Dimension box and enter “Source / Medium.”
At the top of this page, click, “Add Segment.”
Click +NEW SEGMENT.
Click “Conditions” in the pane sidebar.
click Behavior > Hostname
select “matches regex.”

Using google analytics you can able to block the spam traffic which you are getting. This can be done through the settings.

there is no accurate method for blocking the spam traffic. If anything available then it wont work properly.

With wordpress you can because of there are many plugins to avoid spamming. But other scripts some of them need someone understand the php code.

Using .htaccess to block referrer spam
You’ll have to edit your .htaccess file with the following code:

Copy that code above, replace ‘example\.com’ with the URL you want to block and add that to your .htaccess file. You can copy and add a “RewriteCond” line for every URL you want to block (make sure to include the “\” before the dot).
