Hey guys.

I'm wondering. What tools and strategies do you use to research a market? What I really want to know is what's working for the competition and what the market's responding to.

I know about Amazon reviews forums, blogs, Fb pages and Fb insights. But how do I uncover what the market really wants? What ads are doing well? What products are killing it in my niche? Are there any tools or software that can help me figure this out?

I'm clueless right now and have no idea how to find out what makes my market tick.
seriously. Nobody has an answer to this? REALLY?
Good question and following. Would like to know as well.
I am still working "building" a successful business online. But I think semrush might be a useful tool. Especially for finding what keyword your competition is ranking for that you aren't. This will show you what topics they are writing about that you are not. This is especially useful if your competition has the same da as you.

As far as ads Im not sure if Sem is as good for ads. It does let you see what ads are runing on google (i believe) and have long a site has been runing that specific ad, as well as the changes they have ade to that ad over time.

Hope this helps.

Also you could use Ah-refs to see your competitions backlinks. Thats all that I can think of at the moment.

I would be interested if anyone has a recommendation for seeing whats working for competitors with facebook targeting.

Hope this helps. If so don't be a afraid give Reps.
