Yet still... countless people who have never taken a qualified copywriting course sit down to write and just blindly put words on a page. They give no thought to who will be reading that page. You have to understand your customers. You have to be able to tap into what they need and then give it to them. Otherwise you're just wasting screen space.

Most search engines, on the other hand, are pretty much the same when it comes to getting solid, high rankings. There are certain things you should do - and not do - in order to achieve those coveted top spots.

Have not seen this one around before, and I have a fairly large library of copywriting material as I am always looking to increase my communication skills.

Being able to influence people, to make a sale, either by spoken or written word, is the key to success. Some will think that statement just means the transaction of cash from someone to you, but it is a lot more than that. Presenting your ideas and having them accepted and acted upon is a powerful skill. Copywriting is one of the ways to do that.

So, always the student, I watch for, read, and then put into action what I find in copywriting to see the results I get.
