Frank is a smart albeit "dodgy" dude who does know his stuff.
For example, this same product is offered for sale at $7 via his FB ads. I know because I know people who bought it and I got to see it. The goal of this product whether paid or made available for free is to pre-qualify people for his real backend offers.

Its an old PDF but its now being sold by Frank kern. It contains very valuable information and definitely worth reading.
