in the bbhf and some other forums of various types, you give people thanks by leaving people "+rep", there is an "[+1] add reputation" button below each post and comment to the right of the date when the post was made, followed by the time it was made, and then a little pm button. followed by a find button, the biggest button on the page is next, the ' [+1] add reputation' button, called the "+rep" button for short. you click that and a small pop-up window opens up usually at the top left of your screen. there you can decide how much +rep you want to leave the person, newbies can only leave everyone +1 rep, other members of a higher rank can leave more, depends on your degree of membership. you can also write a short comment there to the person you are +repping as well, you can tell them why you are leaving them +rep for example, you can thank them, etc! THAT is how it is done, try it! whenever you download something, you are supposed to thank the person who did all the, when you like a review someone wrote, you should thank them by leaving some +rep, when someone makes a mirror, you should thank them for their time and trouble.... yes, you can and should thank EVERYONE you find helpful... someone gave you some good advice, leave them some +rep! that is how forums like this work, unlike what some other loser said, who is clueless about life in general and is helpful to no one! people who have been here for years and have little to no +rep are a sign of a leech! do not be leech! be good to this forum and it will be good to you. merry new year!
Thank you and all the guys who provided morrors. Reps for you all have been added.
