As per BBHB, you have to click subscribe at the bottom of the page in a thread but I am not able to find that out.

Let's hope someone will come to our rescue!

Have you found solution to this? I have read every FAQ and even looked pages source code but still can't figure it out. I believe it is disabled by admins.
