Just out of curiosity Op.. I use Thrive, but through a different seller and pay renew fees every year.
I am guessing the reason you're not charging an annual fee is because you are taking on the burden of "renewing" the license under one email address for all users under the same email?
I would also assume you're "not" giving access to all users to that email address etc?
What about support tickets? I write to Thrive a few times a week support related tickets, and I have to go through the seller each time, which is understandable.. what about in your case.. what if 10 of your users suddenly had support tickets? Are you taking on the burden of forwarding support tickets to Thrive on their behalf?
