How about the approval from the dropshipper for new sellers? Any limitations on sellers from which country that is not included?

there is no such limitation from any seller.
Any body with any country can sell on shopify.

Please let me know if there are other options besides shopify. I don't want to have to pay monthly fees and please send me a sample of a working store.

I only work with Shopify.
And in other platforms as well, you have to pay hosting fee.
But in shopify you will get ton of free apps , ssl , unlimited products etc in fee of $29 only.

Let me know if u want to work with shopify.
