Made my payment and sent info as requested 5 days ago.

Sent a PM yesterday to query how it was going. No response.

Haven't heard anything back.

What should I think?

NO you DID NOT pay and PM me 5 days ago.
You PM me payment details on 9 October 10.48am ET.
That is 82 hours ago, ie 3 days.
When I send payment link had mentioned delivery within 96 hours.

No worries. Glad you received the login.
96 hours often is maximum, especially when I am tied down, or to take into account time zone difference, and also weekends.

Often, in less busy times, it is less than 24 hours.
