I'm always ready to pimp anything by marketing legend Jay Abraham. He's giving away a bunch of stuff right now for free. I highly recommend having a look. Among all the stuff he's giving away, I would particularly recommend:
1. His two books, Getting Everything You Can From All You've Got, and The Sticking Point Solution.
2. Hot Seats/Lightning Rounds videos. Jay picks apart a specific issue or problem and gives an actionable idea usually in under a couple of minutes.
3. Two Questionnaires. I've heard stories about these questionnaires. They are painful. Painful because they force the person to think more deeply and originally about their business. Many people never complete them as a result. People who do complete them invariably see benefits to their business.
