If you scan a file itself, there are no viruses.

The pdf is about making apps using AppsGeyser , simple apps like a *web to APk, and sell This GIG* services on seoclerk, Konker, Fiverr, Gigbucks, Zeerk .. I think people can make money from this if they are smart and if they work hard :)

It talks nothing about UI/UX designing.

He says as if just entering the URL is going to adjust every piece of the website automatically. TBH, it does not work that way.

Even wrappers need extensive customisation in order to be presentable on multiple screen sizes and layouts.
