Rather than complain, why not get yourself some tools. I used JDownloader2 - downloaded perfectly - and I never even visited the download page.

Not all successful IM experts are loud and brash - although part of that is cultural too and he's a Brit).

I've known of him for many years and he has put out solid mini-products as well as more comprehensive ones. I'd say he's got knowledge to share that's useful and applicable to the real world of online business.
