Run VPN, install domain on VPS, create Adwords account with PVC, buy VCC and claim Adwords.
And also, got to use cheap...cheap domain like .us, .pro, .review etc
After using up the coupon, send the domains down to the drain...
I have a little question, just one has to always login to VPN every time to use the coupon and execute all these above?

Everything is done on VPS, thou, I don't understand the processes u stated above..
