Hmm, I know someone who sold some BSO without legit contents but concept only then disappeared and gone with our money in those niches.
I think I would need the valid reviews from real buyers since too many crap-bso I bought before :)

It works with music/song... but you need to compete with the original artist channel which is not worth it.

No you don't have to be on camera, it's both live and non-live video, it can be through adsense or product placement (CPA and affiliate)
Banned adsense, I don't really know the best way to get around... change name? move town?
It takes a few minutes to set up once you get used to it, money coming in as soon as you have adsense enabled
