You can send invitations on Linked In to these people and a lot of these add you back and thus, increase your connections.
I have compiled this list from various sources and it has helped me in increasing my Linked In connections.

2) Copy-n-paste ALL of invites below into the box which
says "Enter Email Addresses"
3) Click the button that say "Send Invitations"
You will see people will start accepting within 24 - 48 hours
