Been reading some of his stuff and he mentions this title repeatedly.

I searched every way I could think of for this on the forum and didn't find it, so grabbed it elsewhere to share here.

What I could find is the 3rd edition from 2006:

There is a 4th editon, but I couldn't seem to run across that one openly:

As said in the OP, I did search every way I could think of here 1st - and that did not show.
The site searching here seems funny that way - almost sometimey because sometimes it gives good results...other times...nuttin !!
