its easy here are the steps
-Go and edit wfConfig.php (located in wordfence>lib) using any text editor (i use notepad++)
-Go to line 624 and replace it with the code below (stop until line 628 or the last brace) and then save

echo ' checked ';
}
-If you edited the file while its inside the rar file you will be prompted to update the rar and just hit yes
-upload and activate the plugin
-after activating the plugin go to wordfence > Options
-Under License located on the top most corner of the worfence options you will notice that you are still in free version to make it premium just hit save options button
-when you reload the page you will have premium version
here's the nulled version of the latest wordfence upload it and activate, go to options and hit save button the now you have premium.
