Thanks for your interest in our service, I'm sorry for taking so long to get back on this,

1) We identify keywords that have very little relevant search results or very thin content, so if you can create a 1000+ words authority article, you should able to rank fairly quick.

It's not necessary for you to create this content on your own, we provide our own content creation services, but for a 1000-word article, we charge an additional $10.

2) You need not have a website right now, we've had numerous clients who approach us to identify the right niche before setting up their website, as long as you have a basic idea of how exactly you plan to build and monetize the site, we should be able to help you out with the right keywords.

3) It's really hard to predict the amount of traffic you'd get, with our keywords and strategy, you will not only rank for the 'Main Keywords' we suggest, but for 100s of other variations of the same, each with 10 to 50 monthly searches.

If you rank #9 on 'Page 1', you may see a very low CTR, but as you move higher, the traffic continues to improve along with CTR, so I wouldn't want to make any promises regarding the traffic.
