Ok not sure what you mean by live? If you mean how long it lasts, the answer is it should last unless you violate the terms of service of Google as this EDU is through Google.

offer on the VPS. I haven't used one before
but need it to run some software that my
regular old XP can't do (.net 4.5) plus some
other things. All of the new Cliff Carrigan
software that runs on ubot needs .net 4.5.

If you need to check if your software runs, check the software requirements that it runs on Windows 2012 Server. If it does then it will work. If it doesnt , it wont.

I am not sure I havent used it to verify Paypal. Maybe the rules have changed with newer accounts of G Voice. I don't know
