Nice share Chupach, repped you. What sort of hosting would you recommend for this?
I would recommend VPS or dedicated server (mostly because of own IP address). Yet,
also shared hosting can be ok, but use 3rd party SMTP for sending emails. Well, you (orr your hosting provider) need to be able to install ioncube loaders for sure.

I'm getting request timeout error when step4 of installation:

Request Timeout

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

Any help to fix this issue? I have changed the minimum requirement to recommended setup that is PHP 5.6 to 7.0

Try it on other hosting/VPS again. Or increasing max_execution_time value
