Yes you need to add a payment method. You can try VCC's, some work, some dont.

Do you replace the coupon if the account gets banned? And do you provide instructions ?

Why would anyone replace a coupon that you got banned for? Getting banned has nothing to do with the coupon. We only guarantee that when the coupon is applied it works. Anything after that is your doing.

Not much instructions. Just go to billing and as long as you have a payment type set, then simply apply the coupon to get the credit.
