If something is making newbies $100 that means, the Guy who is selling it is making much more or maybe he has milked it enough , now the method is over saturated.
I will not sell something which makes me $100 per day for $197. Why will he risk his earnings by teaching it for so cheap.
Seems bullshit atleast to me.
