Great !!
Thanks for the thanks and reps.
I'm not a fan of fleabay or its robbery service that I call flaypal after some seriously bad experiences with both, so this stuff is just a joy to me altogether.
My opinion:
One must ALWAYS keep in mind that such services will make use of any and all opportunities they are able to find to take from and victimize their users, so we must always be very careful about putting any trust in them at all.
Avast For Mac Claims .Pdf INFECTION, TROJAN .
This baffles me:

As that filename is unknown to me - and does not exist on my HD.
As to 'PDF:UrlMal-inf [Trj] ' - this is news to me - I didn't even know there could be such things - and seldom bother to scan PDFs aside of the AVs in my own system
(BTW, I learned long ago that any AV named 'Norton', 'Symantec' or 'McAfee' are just useless trash.)
AVG and Avast however are reputable, so my apologies for the possibly infected file and use care as in all things which arrive from the internet !!
Perhaps if that file is converted to an EPUB using an online service, that may clean it - I shall give that a try if I have time today...
OK, mystery partially solved...
Apparently VT renames files as it sees fit to.
I just re-scanned the files from my own HDD and it makes the same claims as shown before, so I used Zamzar and converted them to RTF, which AFAIK has no malware-ish tendencies.
The results are tiny, ugly and a little messed up text-wise as well as having no graphic content.
If anyone wants them, post back here and I'll make that happen for you.

Is there a way to view them online without downloading them?
Yes! For that you can use pcloud.com and upload there and you can view it anytime.
Plus, you can share the public link with others as well so that they can get benefit of it too.
