That is more server dependant. Unlimited emails? (Please don't SPAM)

You can import via csv, xls etc, and map name to name, email to email.

Sending mass emails on a shared server, e.g. a ISP.. is dependant on the resources supplied to you. And spamming could get your domain added to a SBL.

Sending mass emails via a dedicated or VPS, has less limitations, but you're sending emails from your domain e.g. mydomain.com. So SPAM will get you added to an SBL, too many, will get you added to many.

Domains with high PR's, refer to SBL's before allowing mail.
