The file TrafficFlow_MrR.zip was shared yesterday with some spammy links.
It was really on Zippyshare and I got that link OK before the spammy posts were removed...the file seems to be there and is only 2.4 MB - but no matter which browser or tool I try it is a total no-go here.
No trouble with other files there anytime lately - just this one ?!?
