Have you ever wanted to download a video from YouTube (or another video share site) but couldn't?

Well now, you can! And you can do it for FREE!

Step 1: Go to this website: http://www.KeepVid.com

Step 2: Type in the URL of any video you want to download on YouTube (or pretty much any video share site).

Step 3: Tweak your selection. There are a few settings you need to make ... nothing major. Just select the file format you prefer for either audio or video and select where you want to save the file.

Step 4: Click the button to start the process. The video will be downloaded for you.

KeepVid is a free site and it's expected to stay that way.

KeepVid is an online app you can use to download videos without having to register or buy anything. There is a list of supported sites on the KeepVid web page and you will be glad to know it works with 10,000 websites!

There IS a PRO version of KeepVid you can buy and download/install on your computer. This desktop version is an option if you prefer to have the app available on your computer. I'm not sure but the PRO version should have more features and you can download a trial version to try-before-you-buy.

Grt Site!!! Works!! But i would suggest a Diff alternative alltogether ... One the Best i used for over the years was given below, but sadly the site went down last year it almost as if broke my heart ...Mummy


since people are aware that lot of such new site's Tend to move towards Wistia Embeded and are unable to download vdos, But some are more lazy to find direct link towards a VDO.. for them this site Below is the alternative, Just type-in the URL page and u get the VDO link online for Download...

Just paste in ur Url link and it will find ur VDO


My Fav was Until i switched on-to Alternative website named Clip Convertor Sleek its very easy to use, still works best, i used it more often for converting Big files to Mp3 , i was also using http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ but it gets stuck at times and its inabilty to convert big files is frustrating


Now the Wistia part until a year ago you could easily get path for Wistia thru the source-page , but now all Wistia vdo's are encrypted so we wont be able to find the Direct link, So i would Suggest you guys to go for IDM ( Internet Download Manager ) its way to Easy sleek and Ultimately Sexy , No hassle to Open any Website to Download page, i mean you can download from any Site just thru a Click of a Button, Even Wistia VDOS check below, it automatically detects VDO on page
