Of course. The method is very good, you just need to do it right.

This method works not only with affiliate sites but with adsense as well. Just throw in a few automation plugins like Wordpress Automatic Plugin and NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster, and you are good to go. I have seen a guy generating $100 a month per site with similar method. You will need lots of sites to earn a significant amount.
