Such technology has been in existence for a while (remember seeing this on Discovery\Net Geo or similar at least 4-5 years ago). However, banish the thought of this ever being allowed commercially or being able to buy stock in a firm doing so. Any company which offers such technology to the public would soon see its directors counting iron bars in a cell. OTOH if the co. is big and powerful enough to be allowed to work on such tech., it would be selling this stuff to the powers that be so that they can mess around with the poor subjects and other powers that be.
