I read there is no refund on this since creator offers 3 day free trial.

However, the trial is limited so we can't tell if the software is for us if we can't use the full potential.

You can use all the features of the software even in the trial version for 3 days with a limitation of sending message to 100 video owners only. However this is quite enough you to get the idea about the software is working fine.
