If your talking about the NHS in the UK, Pergeot France and many other big institutions then maybe they should update, but along with a lot of my clients who have paid thousands for software that were built when xp was alive then it's really not a viable option for now or will take time. I presume your at home with your new win 10 that sucks but when your talking about changing the os of thousands of pc's then the bill might be a liitle more than your update to win 10 lol

If someone pays someone who works inside and makes him run an executable or something else created for the purpose on a machine within the network

Then either from outside or from within can not be absolutely certain
To be safe from attacks by some malicious person
Or if you are a company or if you are a private person
We can also discuss 100 years but the reality is this
Complete security can not really exist
